Info booth
The Info booth at the “Mensa am Wall” is the central service point of the Studierendenwerk in Greifswald. It is the first point of contact for students and guests regarding all questions, concerns and requests about the Studierendenwerk and its offer and services.
Services of the Info booth
- Mensa guide: Where can I find something in the refectory building? Consultation hours, contact persons
- City guide: Who is the right contact in the city for problems concerning my studies?
- Display of information material (menus, flyer and brochures of the Studierendenwerk (STW), the University, the city, Feedback-Card)
- Hand out of application forms: like free meal card, children’s meals, student hall place, relocation, BAföG, refund of semester fees
- Hand out of free meal card, and children’s meal cards
- Job exchange (finding and sharing offers)
- Acceptance of documents
- Acceptance and transmission of study certificates to the departments
- Lost and found
- Package acceptance for the Studierendenwerk
- Stamping of posters for the refectory foyer
- Registration for workshops of the competence network
